“Thug” has many faces and comes in different forms. It may not necessarily always be Rap/Hip Hop and RnB. It will be old and also new. Hell, I may even throw some country into the pot, or whatever I deem to be “thug”. Depending on my mood, every week I’ll be bringing you my selection of the worst, best, funniest, weirdest videos whether you may have seen them or not.
If you think you recognize Brooke Candy from somewhere before, but you can’t quite put your finger on it, let me put your mind at ease.
Remember the half-Lady Gaga, half-down syndrome cyborg-looking creature from Grimes’ ’Genesis’ video? World, meet Brooke. She is not of this planet. She looks like some sort of Alien vs Predator unwanted hybrid-child, and for some strange reason she seems to think she can rap and be the next Kreayshwan. What B Candy doesn’t know is that Kreayshawn tanked.
The fact that her dad used to work behind the scenes for Hustler magazine and has a history in the exotic dancing industry makes perfect sense. I really have no words to describe her style or what she’s trying to do. I’m baffled by this self-proclaimed “Hoodrat Drew Barrymore”. I’d love to see Brooke and Die Antwoord do a collabo together, no jokes. This video is definitely NSFW and pretty cool, but the underlying fact is that she sucks balls.
