We posted about our excitement a while back about the new CG-animated Teenage Mutant Turtles show that Nickelodeon are releasing, and this past weekend at Comic-Con , they finally unveiled the new TMNT theme song. Look, nothing can beat the ORIGINAL intro, but this rap-infused version which pays tribute to the first anthem isn’t too bad. Us old folks probably don’t get the rap game anyway. The actual show looks extremely promising and could be even better than the show we all know and love.

Not gonna lie though, this one reminds me a lot more of TMNT II’s “Ninja Rap” with Vanilla Ice than the original TMNT intro from when we were kids. You remember the Ninja Rap, right?
