This weekend’s San Diego Comic Con looks like it must’ve been more epic than any year before it, and in keeping with that, Marvel Studios unveiled various details about its upcoming slate of Marvel superhero movies. Lots of interesting tidbits below…
While the average Joe or Jane may not know Deadpool as anything other than a mute Ryan Reynolds stand-in from that awful, AWFUL Wolverine movie, in the world of comics he’s actually pretty popular. He’s especially well known for his witty banter, badass assassination skills, and for being a motherfucking psychopath that talks to himself and the readers of his books. And now he’s getting a video game. It looks pretty awesome.
Marvel made the announcement at this weekend’s San Diego Comic Convention by hilariously having an actor playing Deadpool show up and hold his own panel hostage to make the announcement.
