Finding a name for your band is properly the hardest thing about making music. I mean, come on, if you fluff this and the name doesn’t stick, then you’re kinda screwed. So when you do find a good name, you god-well-better hope no one else has thought of it yet! Since I figured that out, whenever I see a cool band name I gotta listen to that track. And at least 9 out of the 10 tracks are completely horrible. Color me surprised when that theory actually works out. Enter Catherine Kelleher and her project Catcall. Pop rock at it’s best. She recently released her debut album, The Warmest Place. It’s catchy, fun and light-hearted; the kinda stuff you hope for when you listen to Pop Rock.
