We all have those Mondays when we’re back at work, feeling deader than dubstep and looking for something to pick up our spirits. Sometimes all you need to improve your mood is a little music. Mixtape Mondays is a showcase of some of SA’s hottest and most up-ing and coming-est DJs, providing mixtapes of some of their favourite tracks.

Today’s mix is a special one as it features selected tracks from all 5 DJs playing at Another-Day and Red Room Present: Escape The City.

Red Room is often described as a living David Lynch movie, with a soundtrack of real alternative music. I think this mix perfectly captures that Lynchian feel, growing darker as we progress, before abandoning us to a dreamy cliffhanger ending.
